Call for Late Breaking Papers & Proposals for Special Sessions

The 19th edition of IEEE Asia Pacific Conference On Circuits And Systems (APCCAS 2023) Co-Located with Asia-Pacific Conference On Postgraduate Research In Microelectronics And Electronics (PRIMEAsia 2023) is a major global forum for researchers from industry, academia and research to exchange their ideas and findings in the area of circuits and systems. The Organizing Committee of APCCAS 2023 invites late breaking papers for rapid dissemination. We also invite proposals for special sessions to supplement regular programs. These special sessions aim to bring together leading researchers from around the world to present their research in focussed, yet novel and emerging topics of circuits and systems.
Evaluation of the proposals is based on the timeliness of the topic, coherence of the session, and value added to the overall technical program. There are two ways to be a part of these special sessions.
Category-1 (Special Session): A special session is expected to have a minimum of three speakers. Authors interested in presenting in the special session can come together, identify an organizer, and propose a special session topic using the available link below. Paper submissions can be made, once the special session proposal is accepted. All papers submitted for the special session need to be original, and will go through the same review process as that of regular papers. The special session organizer and all speakers should register for the conference.
Category-2 (Short Late Breaking Papers): We also invite late breaking papers, showcasing recent research for quick dissemination. Any individual who wants to present their work in the related areas can submit a paper with a maximum limit of 3 pages, of which, 2 pages are for technical content including text, figures, tables, references, etc., and one additional optional 3rd page containing only references, in IEEE double column format according to the word template available on the conference website. Please note that this submission should be double-blind (no author identification should be present in the paper).
Important Dates (time is as per Anywhere on Earth):
  • Submission of proposal: 03 September 2023
  • Notification of acceptance (for group proposals and individual papers): 25 September 2023
  • Submission of camera-ready papers for special session: 4 October 2023
Suggested topics of interest for both Category-1 and Category-2 submissions:
  • Analog / Mixed Signal & RF Circuits and Systems
  • Automotive, Signal Processing and Control Systems
  • CAD for VLSI
  • Circuits & Systems for DSP, AI & Deep Learning
  • Digital Circuit Design & System Architecture
  • Digital Signal Processing
  • Education in Circuits and Systems
  • IoT, Intelligent Circuits and Systems
  • Neuromorphic Circuits
  • Nonlinear Systems and Circuits
  • Packaging & Reliability
  • Power Management
  • Sensory & Biomedical Circuits and Systems
  • Test & Verification
  • Any other area of interest to CAS community
Submission of Special Session Proposal
  • Submitting a proposal or the paper implies that if selected, the author/organizer agrees to be present in person to present the paper.
  • Submission has to be only in PDF format.
  • For international speakers, an invitation letter and other required information will be provided from the conference secretariat.
